Hi guys,
I got this van 2019 plate, and radio doesnt work until I was off for a week and the van hadnt moved or been switched on.
The radio worked until I changed the station, then I could hear keypad feedback as the day went on it has reverted back to silence.
Can anybody shed any light on this?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum
As it's a 2019 van, I'd take it in under warranty. Maybe the dealer will know something.

you haven't pressed the volume switch in at all - that turns the radio off?

TBH if it's under warranty I would not even think about trying to repair it myself. You say it worked until you changed station and then all you got was keypad feedback (?) and then silence so very unlikely to be a fuse - they are either working or not, no half measures.
Also some dealers/manus get very funny about trying to fix something yourself when the vehicle is under warranty (which could invalidate the warranty T&Cs).
I know it's a pain but you do really need to take it back to get this fixed.
