Possible rare car sighting.....

Hello, long time since I've been here, apologies if in wrong place for this question....

I was under the impression that the option of the full length, electrically operated, folding sun roof was only an option on the earliest cars.
something to do with health and safety perhaps....
Never seen it myself, on the large headlight models,  and, as a previous 2CV driver, i'm always attracted to them.

the one i've seen is a deep blue 53 plate petrol.
