Sat Nav Power Supply
#1
Hello,

Does anyone know where the power supply for the sat nav comes from? The cable just disappears into the driver's dash; and as the sat nav has been ripped out; I'd like to get shot of the cable as well to tidy it up.

Thanks in advance.

Which model of berlingo do you have? more specifically which audio system? I'm sure someone on here will have removed one and will be willing to help if they had more specifics.

If it is just a power lead, check if it still has power before you rip it out, might be salvageable as a phone charger if you get the correct connection spliced on.

If you have the black Teletrac GPS antenna on the windscreen where the rearview mirror would be, and the sat nav cable appears from the driver's A pillar trim, then it goes all the way back to a Teletrac box behind the glovebox. You could repurpose it as said, or just tuck it behind the rubber trim. I think it goes up the pillar, across the overhead storage tray, and down the passenger pillar to the glovebox area.
