Change the filters then fire off an air con sanitizer can and the smells should go. Read the instructions on the can and do not be in the car when you do it.
Are we there yet?????

Does anyone have a parts numbers for the replacement filters?

If you are using aircon the 'pong' is from the evaporator coil and is quite normal. Replacing the filter will not cure this.

You can get a Holt's air bomb, it's a cannister that sprays continuously once triggered, you put the Aircon on full recirc, and trigger the can, it locks on, shut the doors and windows with you outside, let it run for 10 minutes then open the door, let it air out, then set to full heat, run the fans for another 10 mins.
Often using the AC in hot weather, folk park up and switch off. Condensation in the ducts or on the coil, goes bad and stinks. Best plan is switch AC off and run full heat for a minute or two before switching the engine off when parking up.
