67 reg head unit issus

Hey everyone. New to the berlingo forums, so take it easy on me .

Im an electrician my firm have just git these newish 66-68 reg berlingo vans that come with parking sensors and double din radios.

Now my two colleagues are both iPhone users so they benefit of its built in apple car play makes life much easier and tidy when you dont need to mount your phone to your windscreen for map use and sh*t yourself every corner wondering if you phone will fly out the window. but im using a samsung and conveniently samsung have stopped supporting mirrorlink since june 2020. So when i plug my phone i get a message for my phone to download a certificate which always fails and nothing happens make it useless.

Is there any way i can get android auto on the stock head unit as its not my own van and replacing the head unit is out of the question

Maybe there a dongle i can buy and plug in the built it usb port or behind the unit that will piggy back off it and run android auto ?
