Berlingo/Partner Dual Mass Flywheel
#1
Still looking for a used 2014-2016 Berlingo / Partner that doesn't get sold before I can reserve it.

Does anyone know if any of these 1.6Hdi or 1.6 BlueHdi models have a DMF fitted, as there is a dearth of information on this and it's something I would like to avoid if possible.

Specifically the 90bhp or 115bhp Hdi or any of the newer Bluehdi engines?

Thanks in advance

I don't think any 1.6 HDi was ever fitted with a DMF, just a self-adjusting clutch pressure cover as standard.

Cheers Zion.
Did a search today and a few of the parts websites indicate that some older than 2016 ones have the dmf listed, but the newer ones don't seem to.

Mind you. It also shows that the DMF is frequently cheaper than the newer smf's, so maybe it's not the issue I'm thinking it is.

The cynic in me says it's because they sell so many DMF's that the price is lower.

I have a 2012 and on catcar there is only a plain single flywheel listed. I don't know what information parts places use, but I'd trust the Citroen database more than any generic parts suppliers.

I'm pretty certain there was never a DMF used at least on the diesels mate.

I believe that the 75 & 90 hp versions have a solid flywheel, some of the 110hp versions got the DMF.

Catcar lists the DMF as being fitted to the 110hp version up to OPR 12074

From OPR 12075 it lists the standard flywheel.

Obviously the same for the clutch...

Thank you Zion and jj9 for the excellent help.
Can the OPR 12074 be linked to a date as listed on the page - 22.10.2011?

12074 is 29/11/09 for example. There's a calculator here to convert the OPR to a production date:

https://monter-piece-auto.com/calculer-opr-peugeot

It's just a rolling production code for every day that passed, if you add 365 to that OPR, making 12439, it decodes as 29/11/10.
