OPR database in PDF

Hi all, I made an OPR database using an Excel spreadsheet, then organised it by model, from M49 to K9 using the earliest date in the calendar for the first production year to the last date in the calendar for the last production year. So for the M49, it ran 1996 to 2003, M59 ran 2003 to 2013, B9 2008 to 2018 and K9 runs 2018 to present day. Each model will start on 01/01/xx to 31/12/xx so if the vehicle was not actually available on the 1st, it won't matter, this is just for completeness. The actual manufacturing date is the key to this. OPR is just a parts reference for a particular date, and rolls on adding one to the number for every day that passes in a Citroen or Peugeot plant. The last 2 digits on your vehicle sticker denote the plant it was made in.

All you need to do, is know the manufacturing date of your vehicle (it's on the V5 usually) - this is not the registration date, but the date of manufacture.

Once you have that date, open the PDF and hit CTRL-F to search, enter the date in it's full form i.e. 31/07/2012 and hit ENTER and the file will jump to the entry for that date and show you the relevant OPR number. 

This is then used to identify which parts you need in the likes of catcar.info etc.

The dates and OPR numbers overlap for models that ran concurrent like the late M59 & early B9 but the OPR number is still the same for the same date.

There are online calculators, but if you prefer a file on the laptop or just want to browse the various OPR dates around when your vehicle was made or registered, hopefully this helps. I've made it a PDF as some folk won't have Excel.

Cheers guys. I checked loads of random OPR numbers with the Citroen & Peugeot calculator on the website and my home made database was bang on each time so I'm confident it's accurate. Once I figured out what they did to create the numbers it was possible to project from one date back and forwards.

Are you still updating the database? What sources do you use? Do you have an online version of your database?
I think opening a business, and with your database, the procedure of lead enrichment will be easier. However, I need to be confident that all the information in the database is plausible. I will highly appreciate, if you provide me the sources of data gathered.
I also wanted to ask how much time you needed to create this database? Even a fool will notice you put a lot of effort into making it.  Good job!

Mmmm I haven't for a while but its a rolling number, do you need the OPR for a certain year? It is on a sticker at your drivers door. The database is for convenience when at home hunting online for parts.

I'll take a look and can run it up to the present day if you need that. It goes up to Dec 31st 2020, do you need it to go later than that?

EDIT: I just saw your welcome post, I see you have a '22 Berlingo van. Ok, I can extend the database. You can always open the drivers door and see the sticker if you need it quickly, it has the OPR number on it.
