Hi
08 Berlingo Multispace Forte. We want to use the space that is currently covered by a round blank on the dashboard but we can't work out how to get behind it to fasten a switch in place. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks

The rectangular plastic panel surrounding those switches just clips into place, and in theory can be removed by prising it off with a flat blade (screwdriver, paint scraper).
To get full access to the switch wiring etc. you may need to remove more than this, i.e. first the top tray/MFD display shroud (also just prises off from its sides), then the panel surrounding the air vents & hazard switch (fixed by screws hidden under both those panels), and possibly also pull out the radio.
The complete process is described with photos in the Haynes manual, page 11.24.

I had to remove the heater bulbs once and made a video. Maybe this will help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJKvvFs37OE

A good vid, Saskak, well done. I thought the heater control panel was sealed and non-serviceable! You learn something new all the time.

Necessity teaches, I could not stand the one broken bulb, although should have replaced all 3.

I just found this - very similar advice, but (from about 2:30) comes up with an easier way to change the bulbs.

Yep, that is a better way, my search did not find it when I wanted to do it, stupid youtube algorithm.
