Hi stretch, go to
http://www.catcar.info/citroen/?lang=en and put your vin number in then click search, drill down to the right section and you will get diagrams and part numbers etc. Check your OPR number on the drivers door post (see my thread in how-tos on identifying your OPR from the database) as that will determine what exact year your vehicle matches for parts that have been updated or changed.

Ok, I see its not listed anywhere on Catcar - that is odd. Looks like you may have a problem finding the part number, did this hose go from the coolant outlet box that covers the water pump? You can try this:
https://www.autodoc.co.uk/
Put your registration in and hunt around. If autodoc don't have it, you may have to take a part off a scrapper to get it fixed.
