back lock and fuel gauge
#1
have my wee van about 9 months now 2002 19D with 140000 miles and love it but just a few wee things need fixed on it

my key doesnt lock the back door, i dont carry nothing in the back as its just used as a run around for work as the mrs drives the car

cant seem to find any back door locks with a key on the internet or maybe im looking in the wrong places and was just wondering if anybody had purchased 1 and could direct me in the right direction

and then my fuel gauge doesnt go below 1/4 but will rise when when i stick my 40 quid a week in

the locks the most important and can live with the fuel gauge but it would be a shame not to get them fixed as its a cracking wee van and can see me doing another 140000 on her god willing

Thanks

it lock turns and turns get a new key cut .

i just fixed my fuel gauge on my citroen relay and it was the contacts worn
£80 for a new part .
i took level sender unit out of tank and dimantled i bent the electrical contact to touch the variable resistance contact (??) and it worked might not be the same but its always worth a look before spending out .
