2012 Berlingo 625 Enterprise van HDI

Hi 
I been stung with a 4 penalty notices going through Rotherhithe tunnel.
According to the penalty notice, my 2012 625 Enterprise Berlingo HDI vans gross weight is over 2 ton, is that correct ??

1945 kg according to the v5. 2390kg according to some inter web sites and 2000kg according to others. V5 would have it though, check yours to be sure.

Yep, my V5 states 1945 & that’s under 2 ton, think i’ll appeal

Ours also has a V5 GVW of 1945kg. Also check the white data plate on the driver's side door pillar. The GVW weight is the topmost of the four numbers underneath the VIN number.

It's 1945kg but since it's termed a panel van (don't get me started) it has to stick to the reduced speed limits for a commercial vehicle. That is 50mph on a single carriageway, 60mph on a dual carriageway and 70 on a motorway only. You will be prosecuted for holding the same limits as a car, if you have the Berlingo van.

My V5 states mine as 3500kg, and i know thats well wrong. Looking to get that and the tax bracket changed.
