I have ordered a new Berlingo Feel. Dealer has ordered spare wheel carrier tool kit & wheel from the parts dept. Tyre will be whatever is fitted to car when it arrives. Total cost will be around £270.

I hope you don't have too long a wait for delivery. Ordered mine with factory options 15/04/2021, arrived at dealer 15/10/2021 still waiting for delivery.
I've always been told you can't order a spare wheel assembly because it is not part of the specification recorded against the VIN. I shall get one anyway of course.
Good luck.

I ordered the car last month & was told December was a possible but unlikely so I said March 1st 22. The salesman was very helpful. He checked a car to ensure everything was same as van so carrier could be fitted & found way to go was order everything from parts dept for fitting in workshop before delivery. He also found that if spare wheel is ordered you get wheel with smaller tyre & 50mph stickers ie temporary spare so he is ordering a rim & a tyre identical to those fitted to car when it is delivered will be fitted then. Convoluted but we got there in the end.

That's what happened to me in Germany with mine. The Citroen spares dept told me they couldn't order a carrier as it wasn't part of the specifications. Got one off eBay instead.
Now a 2019 K9 1.2 petrol.
Before a 2010 B9 1.6 HDi diesel.

Yes it needs some human intervention. The car & van bodies appear to be the same. If the parts dept tries a vehicle specific parts order using vin number then the system will not allow it but it appears they can order the specific parts required. It just needs a helpful parts dept & in my case a salesman who wants a sale. He liaised with workshop & parts dept to check underneath a car & then ascertain that individual parts could be ordered.

I have just bought a 2022 Berlingo Flair BlueHdi. Before purchase I contacted several dealers about ordering a spare wheel and carrier for the new vehicle as the accessories option had been deleted. They were all insistent that the floor pan had been altered and it was impossible to fit a carrier and spare. Last week I took a chance and ordered a carrier from Citroen Spares Department and a space saver from ebay. Car arrived yesterday and I can confirm 2022 model is standard K9 chassis complete with carrier hangers. Took 10 mins to fit carrier. The carrier, bolt, hook and washer cost £75 from dealer. Paid £70 for new space saver, jack and telescopic brace. Only other part I needed was tool to pull off wheel nut covers, £5 from Amazon. I wish dealers would educate themselves on the cars they sell. The space saver is about 1" or so smaller dia than full size so I put 3 old road bike cycle tyres over it before putting in carrier for snug fit.

The only thing I hated about the underslung carrier is the wheel rusts away over time. Maybe an idea to bag it while dry and fit it underneath sealed in plastic. Also you need a good slopping of grease on the carrier bolt / screw / nut which releases it, as that rusts like a bugger too.
