Parcel shelf rear window

My 2019 Flair 130hdi s/s came with lots of free extras(Modulux roof,blind spot,roof bars,drive assist,climate control,f+r sensors,aqua green paint,climate control,front high consul total £2700) chucked in,however the only ideal item missing was the parcel shelf opening rear window.
Is this an item that can be retro fitted?

It looks like only the Flair XTR model comes with the opening tailgate window. I would imagine retrofitting could be rather expensive probably entailing a complete new door and electrics to open the window.
