Berlingo 600 HDI LX 75 Van 2008

Hi all, Thanks in advance for any ideas.
I have a Berlingo 600 HDI LX 75 Van 2008 which has started to get a Light and Indicator fault. When the lights are on the indicators work for about 3 blinks then stop. Also the lights are starting to go on and off. Is this likely to be the whole unit, with circular piece and wiper arm or just indicator Arm?
