Power steering fluid

Hi I’m looking for some advice, I have a 2013 berlingo enterprise 1.6, I am told that it has an electric steering pump. I need to top up the power steering fluid but can’t seem to find a spec for the fluid/oil. Is it only a main dealer that can supply or is there a fluid type?

Hi there, welcome to the forum. 

The fluid is "Fluide LDS". To get the exact details for all Citroen or Berlingo variants, go to

https://www.total.co.uk/lub-advisor

and enter your Reg number, then press "Enter" - the first fluid that will be recommended is the correct engine oil - but click on the blue "other components" tab at the right hand side of the red bar, then select "Power Steering" - so for your own confirmation, use the tool on the Total site. 

They (Total) are the French OEM oil supplier to Citroen. There is a live chat too, where you can ask questions on fluids directly.

I've attached the data sheet from Total on my van, which is a B9 2012 1.6 HDi 75 (9HN engine)
