I wish I had found this forum a few days ago! Can anyone confirm the torque for the front hub nut, I have changed out the outer CV joint and track rod ends and Wishbone, it’s all back together but I am unsure how tight to do the hub nut. Any help would be much appreciated.

Assuming it's a B9 2008-2016 then Haynes gives the torque of the drive shaft retaining nut as 312Nm (232 lbf ft). They also suggest the nuts are tightened up once the vehicle is resting on it's wheels again.
B9 (2016) 1.6 BlueHDi 100 Multispace XTR = Mine; B9 (2013) Enterprise 1.6 HDi Van = Hers.

Unless you're particularly fat or have a very long bar, then doing it up as tight as you can is the simple option - not many torque wrenches even measure that far. As long as the retaining clip is in place it shouldn't then fall off! You'll have trouble achieving that figure unless the wheel is on the ground, so tighten up the hub nut as far as possible with the wheel off first, then fully when on the ground.
The only nuts that should be slackened/retightened will be those that grip rubber bushes, so only the inner wishbone bolts need to be done with wheels on the ground/ramp. This allows the bush to be in the best operating position rather than being in a twisted state.
