I have no real idea whether this is the sort of boot jump you want, or whether you have a B9 or not, but have a look at this:
https://www.berlingoforum.com/thread-19816.html
The point is that the guy's ad on eBay says that "The Boot Jump is easy to fit inside a Citroen Berlingo or a Peugeot Partner Tepee (2008-17) by one screw that goes into an existing threaded hole in the boot area. It can be fitted and taken out easily by one person and can be stored in a smallish space."

So even if this is not the one for you, it might give you ideas.

I think one thing you'd need to do is decide what features you want (apart from easy removal) - how many berths, cooking and washing facilities, infotainment, seating/table, awning to extend the usable area outside the car, etc.
You could trial your shortlist out with dry runs - get large sheets of card to make mockups of your ideas and test-assemble / test-fit them in the car. For example, how would you juggle the length of sleeping area you want with the car's seats? Do you only need to fold the rear seats out of the way, or the front ones as well? Can you use the rear seats in the design somehow? And so on.
Google 'boot jumps' to get some general knowledge, and then 'Berlingo boot jumps' 'Berlingo camper conversions' and so on for more specific ideas and to find suppliers.
Maybe google the manufacturer of the one in the eBay ad (I forget their name) to see what offerings they have.
Once you have a clear idea exactly what you want, one (brave?) option might be to speak to recommended cabinet makers/carpenters near you to look into commissioning a bespoke design.

Hi Matt.
Welcome to the forum.
I see you live just up the road from me, with that in mind i sent you a PM to a company i used up in Kent who let me visit their workshop and design exactly what i needed to suit my uses.
The owner of said company was even kind enough to let me fit a test unit to my car before i committed to putting a order in.
It was far cheaper than the two options you originally linked to, and I can personally speak for the fit and finish of his work.
Only reason for the P.M is i don't want this post to look like an advert, I have no affiliation with this company other than being a happy customer!

Not up on camper conversions but the two linked here look rather high off the ground you'd need a decent ladder or be the rubber band man to get under the sheets ? Memory tells me of other companies that have the bed closer to the floor, obviously less " posh " storage available.
Have a search on the Forum as suggested above.
