No idea, but why not tie the new clutch cable securely to the old one and use it as a pull-through (draw wire)

On my lefthand steer car, the cable enters just above the pedal. I really doubt removing the speedo(or the entire instrument binnacle) will make it any easier.
I've had the binnnacle out once. It's a big job to get it out and a worse job to get it back in. And it's pretty tightly packed behind it.

The clutch cable clip is a total pig on a Xantia (been there), but it should be a bit easier on the Berlingo.
There is still the problem of getting the pedal out due to the bolt fouling on the RHD version but I think you can cut the head off and pull the bolt out the other way. Then put one in from the right side instead.
Either way I think the access is easier and as Gadgetman says, I'm also sure the cable enters just above the pedal on the Berlingo.

Yeah mine snapped in a Tesco car park at night in the rain. I thought ok, new clip, return in the morning and stick it on, bish bash bosh.
4 days it took me to get it moving again. Oh the words I called that car.....
