Factory reset radio unit

Does anyone know to factory reset the touchscreen dab radio without disconnecting the battery? My DAB never works it scans and finds channels but just doesn’t play, sometimes it might play for a second or 2 but very rarely so just wondering if a factory reset might help?

Check the handbook, I've attached it for you. 

You can power the unit down by holding the menu button until it shuts down. Could be 15 seconds btw so try it for a long enough period.
