Faulty windscreen wipers !!

Hi guys I'm after some help with my 2015 berlingo, the windscreen wipers are working intermittent.
I've read many posts to see what the problem could be I've replaced the wiper motor as a mechanic thought water was getting into it then I've changed the comms unit and the problem continues I've also tried a bsi reset. 
Could the problem be the relay ?

Could be a wiring problem or bad / dirty pin on the cable between the Comm2000 and the BSI.

The BSI operates the actual motor and the relay is in the engine bay fusebox. Do you have DiagBox?

You could use that to test the functions. Likely it has no feedback but it may detect if the motor is not drawing the right current intermittently.

The wiper motor is driven by relay R5 - see attached schematic.
