Easydiagnostics are advertising the latest Diagbox as a download for £25.
It covers all PSA vehicles up to 2020 as well as Opel-Vauxhall from 2018.

I've been looking to get the software, do you know what cabling I would need to connect from the car to the laptop? I'm assuming a OBD to USB lead, available cheaply on Amazon etc but wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't as straightforward.

You need a special twin lead; one lead has an OBD plug on one end and a dongle on the other end with a socket in it. The other lead has a USB plug one end and a plug to go in the dongle on the other end. It is called Lexia. There are different versions and you should get one called Full Chip. Others will no doubt explain further.
