Radio disc yellow wire problem

Hello, i have a problem with the yellow wire on the radio disc, this wire not working, i have checked all the fuses, cheked the wire itself with a multimeter and light indicator and reached to the connection between the conncetor to the canbus and it still wont show nothing, the radio reset itself every ignition like i installed it right now... what can be the problem?

Most modern vehicles [Citroen included] have two power wires going to the CD/Radio.

The standard layout is: 

Yellow wire is the switched power  in that it goes off when the ignition is turned off.

Red Wire is the continuous power  in that it has 12V all the time.

If your CD/Radio is resetting every time you turn it off, it looks like maybe the RED wire is the one you have a problem with?

Has your vehicle had a new [non-standard] CD/Radio fitted or have any other electrical items been fitted to the vehicle as often when this happens people do not wire up things correctly?
