Heater problems

I know there are 100's of posts on here about heater problems but my heater works fine on all speeds and does heat up. It's just that even when on the floor setting it puts out very little heat to the driver or passenger footwell.
Would it be a case of loose ducting ?. Air flow from the dash vents is reasonably strong.
Don't want to start ripping out the dash if it's a common problem with the B9, I'll just live with it.
