How does that work then?

On my B9 it triggers the voice control when your phone is connected by Bluetooth. On the central screen it brings up a panel which says "please annunciate a command"

How do I connect my phone to the car via Bluetooth?
This is my stereo

Well if you have Bluetooth, you use the menu button on the stereo to go to mobile phone settings, then devices / Bluetooth pairing, and pair your phone to the stereo. If you don't have that menu, the button is non functional.

It might not have it as the car is the lowest spec they did I think
I’ve nicknamed it baloo as it just has the bare necessities

Automatic headlights
How does that work then?

I think you put the ignition on then press and hold the button in until you hear a beep, this either activated or deactivates the auto headlights.
When activated the headlights come on automatically when it's dark.

My car is an M59 so Zion's description maybe more on the money for your model.

Yeah mine doesn't have auto headlights, that button is the one I use all the time to trigger Google. It waits for a voice command. There's a beep when the message appears in the centre display saying "please annunciate a command" every time you press the button on the end of the indicator stalk.
