I cant make out from your picture what the fitting is but there are loads of different fittings on ebay just type in car aerial adapter. Or if you have an audio shop near you they should have what you want.
Are we there yet?????

Try to find an "antenna fakra adaptor" on eBay, the later ones are fakra, not sure if that's what you have on your car but it (fakra) does look different from a standard
"male" antenna plug. You want the fakra to standard adaptor. Places like Halfords should have them on a little blister card for a few quid.
