The strip below the heating control panel can be prised out with a plastic tool like a stiff guitar pick or carefully with a small blade screwdriver and that exposes screws which hold the heater panel in place.

The video is a bit long but it explains it well but dont faff about tying to get the bulb holders out of the back of the panel just use a rubber glove for grip and pull the capless bulb out from its holder via the front so much easier. The capless bulb is a 286 12v 1.2
Are we there yet????? Huh

Everyone is posting links to the M59 heater panel bulb replacement (except Cancunia), but this is the B9 section so I assumed the OP had a B9, it takes 5 minutes and a screwdriver to remove the B9 version.

@thomasselboe can you confirm you do have a B9?

That's the only video I could find and the stuff looks exactly the same.

Could you give us a step by step please

Ok so the B9 has a removable heater controller, its only held in with a couple of screws which are hidden by a small plastic trim strip below the controller. Not the same as the M59 version which looks like a much bigger job. I think you also have to pull out the storage tray above it to make things easier, it just pops out.

Remove the trim strip in the pic below

Remove the controller, disconnect the plug and flip over

Bulbs are behind these caps:

Is it really as easy as that?  I looked at mine and decided against it as I didn't fancy messing around with the connections.
Now an ex Berlingo owner, I have a C4
