Went for a drive yesterday and after a few minutes of driving noticed a screeching noise. Did the normal things touched the brakes, dipped the clutch, revved the engine while dipping the clutch but it was still there and getting a bit louder.
Then slowed the fan down, thats the problem then.
Got to be bearings but where do i get to the fan, i have to admit i have not looked yet but going by other cars it is buried somewhere at the front.
What kind of job is this to do, is it a change of bearings or change of fans. I know they are scroll fans and quite delicate from first hand experience working on A/C.
