Berlngo Sills

hi everyone, i have a Berlingo CamperVan (romahome) and I've had the sills welded up in several places, I've now had it all rubbed down and new wings fitted and a respray (just the metal van) and i would like to get some waxoyl into the sills, my idea is to drill a hole in the sill just as i open the door, shove a tube in and squirt waxoyl all the way down the sill then cover the hole with sill guards that I've bought. 

can anyone tell me if i can get my plastic tube all the way down the sill from the front to the back of the sill, my mate thinks i can't as he thinks there are fillets all the way along the sill, or is it hollow all the way along???

are there suppose to be drain holes along the sill bottom?
