I'm sure you'll fix it this time. You will need a very odd sized socket of 5.5mm and a few long 1/4 extension pieces with a knuckle joint adaptor. Halfords sell them, separately or in a small socket set.
Taking the accelerator pedal out first, makes the job a whole lot easier. Awkward still, but doable. Otherwise, you can't get the plug off, or back onto, the heater resistor.
The upper bolts on the accelerator pedal need the knuckle due to angle. All bolts are the same 5.5mm heads.
