Hi

Just bought a Berlingo Blue HDI Van (2016) which i believe has stop start eco function, though no switch on lower dash panel to disarm as shown in manual. There is no sign of it working so my research has identified it may be turned off in the vehicle settings of the 7" touch screen. And that is where my second problem lies, because the vehicle settings icon is greyed out so cant be used. I'm sure from memory it was originally illuminated as is the vehicle diagnostic icon / button. I'v tried all engine on / off / in gear configurations.

Has anyone any knowledge of how i can reactivate the engine settings function?
