Hi, I've just joined. I didn't realise that this group existed. I bought my Berlingo in Dec 20. And I love it! I have a Floristry business and it's perfect for what I need. It's a 15 plate, and only had 11,600 verified miles on the clock.
I have been trying to find an owner's manual/instruction book. I have never owned a Citroen before so I am not used to the setup. Can anyone tell me where I can get one from, please? Also, how does the Teletrac satnav work? I don't think that there is a sim card in it....Can I use any sim? Sorry for the questions, just trying to make the most of my van.
Teletrac is terrible, everyone throws it in the bin and fits a TomTom or similar. Citroen want a subscription to use it, quite expensive and then 99p for every route search etc. It's a ghastly pile of rubbish.
Manual attached....

Thank you for replying. I'm very grateful for your advice. I'll stick to using my phone then.
Hi and sorry I should have said welcome to the forum!
The Citroen Berlingo is a fantastic van and I'm sure you will love it for a long time to come. The manual I attached (click the link to download it) is the owners manual for the B9 which is the model you have.
Apart from the teletrac system being rubbish (my van came with it too) the rest of it is in my view, superb. My only other criticism of the van is the seemingly huge glovebox that struggles to hold a pack of hankies and a strip of Anadin due to the weird internal shape.....ah you can't have it all eh!
The storage under the center seat (lift the base up) is brilliant and the back folds flat if you pull the blue loop - creating a very useful work table.
If you pull the passenger seat base up, it stores the jack and toolkit under there and the back folds down (pull yellow lever) so the seat can slide away under the glovebox to make room for long items, 3m if need be. There's also a drawer under the driver's seat.
