i have the same, apparently it was only used on some cars/vans, so just tape it up out the way like i have.

Wasnt there a time when PSA made vans with either a throttle cable or fly by wire at the same time?
Maybe thats what that cable is for?

I however dont reconize the cable, but mine is a LHD so maybe the wiring is different.

I have a cable from the pedal to this device, which is basically a bracket with the TPS mounted on it, The cable only goes this far, then the TPS cabling goes onwards to the car's nether bits.
