I had a berlingo driver 2019 had usb and aux in glovebox new 2020 model i received doesn't anyone know why?

This is strange is it a 2019 but registered 2020?

The aux and usb are options that can be chosen when the vehicle is ordered new. They aren't a standard fitment across the range.

As they told me at the service station they can install it, of course it's not cheap - I already forgot how much they said it cost.

If you need a USB port only for charging your phone you may consider the following:
On the back of the upper glove box there's a rectangular cap hiding the mounting hole of a USB socket.
Get something like this:

Fix it in the hole, then route the cable behind the dashboard down to the 12V power socket. Connect the other end to a "cigarette lighter charger" and there you go.

Not sure how much the induction plate is as an after sales fit but as the factory option which I had it was £100 extra on the cost of the build.

The induction plate works, but if you also use the phone on bluetooth while it is charging to play music to the sound system, the charging rate is quite slow.
