fuel filter

ok  halfrauds got me the wrong filter.
so my question is, is the fuel filter specific to the injection system, im sure someone said mine is a Siemens system.

I cant help with your filter problems but in this months Car Mechanics Magazine ( January ) there is 5 page article with pictures covering a service of a 2004 Citroen Berlingo 2.0hdi. It may be of use to you in the future for reference. Ps have you tried putting your reg into Euro car parts website and check the filters that come up to see fitment.

yep done that, comes up with a few types, think i will pull it and take it in with me. just to please the counter staff lol

you cant go by any info you give a supplier you need to know what it looks like and see what they are supplying. We ordered mine from the local factors for a service at mates garage and came out wrong from 2 suppliers till we sent them a picture

It's Siemens IIRC on the 2.0 HDi.
The ECU is Siemens, but on the 1.6HDi it's Bosch?

VIN into catcar.info will get you the part number.

Even the bloke said it didnt make sense as all the part numbers where correct.

If you have this filter fitted unless going origional. This is your only choice
