Upgrading touchscreen radio

I have a 2015 Citroen Berlingo with the touchscreen radio. 
I want to fit a new double din radio.
Will I be able to keep the diagnostics and steering wheel stalks working and the reversing sensors?

No, unfortunately you lose all of that and more. The stereo controls access to a lot of functions, trip, fuel computer, reversing sensors display, clock & date setting etc.

There are add on harnesses to retain the column volume controls, they are expensive and that's all the functionality they provide. Called connects2 adaptors. The rest will be pretty much gone.

The factory stereo is an integral part of the canbus control system. Best advice is to leave it alone.

Thanks for your time. The radios now are alot better but if I'm going to loose everything then it's just not worth it.
