Berlingl0w - B9 Berlingo Lowered on 19’s
My custom made <60mm springs have been installed along with a set of genuine mud flaps and I’ve removed the side steps. The rear bump stops are just touching and no more and that’s with the van being empty too, I’m going to trim the last rib off them. I never installed new arch liners as I couldn’t get a lead time on aftermarkets and I wasn’t going to pay Citroen prices for a parts that’s not fit for purpose.
Here’s a couple quick photos.

That looks good. I did say the bump stops need cut down. Don't know why they are so long.

Thanks mate. Yes you did, they do seem overly long. The really interesting thing is the van ride feels the same as if it were on standard spring, albeit it’s a new machine in the corners, it doesn’t “stot” at all.

Next up, a run to the paint shop again.

Certainly the cheapest way.....

I'm assuming you ran standard dampers with the ALPHA modified springs @djewen???

My last project was very handling orientated so I'm probably overthinking things for a van...

Hello all. I’ve sold the van.

The wheels/tyres, spacers/adaptors and 40/20mm lowering springs are for sale as an entire package in the classified section.

Entire package for sale.
