Where do I Find the M** Number of my Berlingo?

Hi guys

This maybe a stupid question!

I've just acquired a 2006 Diesel 1.6L Manual 5 doors MULTSPACE DESIRE HDI (92) Estate.

I note having read several posts on this forum, there are sections for M49, M59, B9 & K9. Does my Berlingo come into one of these categories?

I need a driver's door lock for mine as although I can insert the key easily, there's absolutely no indication that it might turn, it works in all the other locks! Before I post, I need to know that I'm posting in the right section.
