In the last week or so my o/s side door has started to rattle. Not very loud, cant work out where its coming from. Any one else had similar noises?

I find mine drives me nuts (or it did) as the internal trim is in two sections which rattle against each other and the door. I put a screw through the plastic so that locked them together. Make sure not to foul the cable path for the door controls. If you look, you can see where a short self tap (I used a black one) can be put through to join both sections..you can get your finger in the gap before it's joined. Near the bottom of the door. If you open the door and tap the panel with your finger tips you'll find it rattles like a biscuit tin.

Don't know if it the same rattle as I had ages ago, but have a look at this thread.

It solved my problem - a couple of bolts had worked loose.

Cheers for the link will take a look. It could be the plastic trim but sounds like something loose inside.
