P0192 Non Start
#1
Hi Guys I have a 2010 Citroen Berlingo 1.6hdi Van Occasionally I have a none start situation the engine cranks over but dose not start. I get out riddle the wires/plastic tray on the battery then it starts. It puts EML light on and i get P0192 fuel rail pressure sensor A circuit low.
I have removed the battery tray and battery cleaned all connections on and around the battery replaced the fuel filter my next step is to find the fuel rail pressure switch check the plug/wiring. I am not 100% but think it only started doing this after a new clutch was fitted and think something as been knocked or damaged.
Anyone any ideas had similar problem oh and know where the fuel rail pressure switch is it near the batter/fuel filter.
Any help appreciated thanks Monty.

Hello - if you mean the fuel pressure sensor? then it's on the left hand end of the fuel rain - access down the back of the engine after pulling off air filter box & associate gubbins.

27mm deep socket or a 27mm ring spanner works for me if you need to remove it.

Thanks for that Graeme looking at that diagram there is a possibility it might have been disturbed or damaged when they did the clutch i am going to order a new pressure sensor and check the plug an wires etc out while i have access. Thanks

Is there a loose wire on the battery smart connector - the big part with th coloured blocks on it and the wiring / nuts. The coloured blocks are actually fuses and the wiring could be loose. Check under the red cover.

Looks like this with the cover off:
