[Warning Light] Additive Pump
#1
Hi

I have a Berlingo Enterprise 75 Blue HDI Van (2016).

I have the dreaded Triangle warning light and Engine Fault warning. Diagbox shows no communication with Multiplex additive pump. The pump and tank (full) was replaced a few months ago. I presume the ECU isn't picking up a signal from the pump. A friend of mine has the same model and year Berlingo so we placed his tank / pump on my van but the problem was not resolved. My next thought is the cable to the pump which apparently has a habit of failing but i can only get to about 6 inches of it before it disappears behind the top of the fuel tank. Does anyone know where it goes from there?? Also is it possible that the lack of communication / CAN fault is just a reset issue on the ECU or BSI.

Your help and advice would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
Is this an AdBlue pump or an Eolis pump? Which tank was replaced?

Check the fuses, here is the diagram:

Pug is the same as the Citroen. A blown fuse can cause no comms.
