I noticed that the cooling radiator has a small shaking/vibration maybe 3-4mm front/back when engine idles. Is this normal?
I've checked the mounting points and they seemed ok, they are like rubber gromets/screws

Looks like the engine is doing the same.
I assume the idle speed is correct and the engine gearbox mounts are good.
Looks like a typical resonant frequency side effect.
Is the engine running smoothly ? If not try injector cleaner

My vehicle is a 2007 1.6Hdi so no direct comparison but no my vehicle / radiator doesn't do this.
Try raising the revs just a couple while you look at the radiator it might well stop when the revs increase and the vehicle is in service.
The radiator is rubber mounted so you can expect it to be able to move.
