2009 Berlingo (I think B9)
All dashboard lights (not backlights) are dead, sometimes they lights up with no sense, sometimes they lights up all together.
When I engage direction lights rear fog indicator flashes, with parking brake engaged , motor warning lights up and so on......
Clock blinks and two regulation shafts have no effect.
What's happening ? Is the fault inside dashboard electronics or located some other place in car circuit ?
Thank you

Hey,
Maybe a dying battery ?
Or faulty alternator ?
Or my third guess, ground mass problems (loose/broken wires, water)

There's a plug connecting the instruments to the BSI, could be water had gotten in there. Are you in the north where it rains in winter?

Yes water is bad if it gets into the BSI computer. It's located on the left side behind the glovebox on UK right hand drives so I expect it's above your pedals in the left hand drive model. Looks like a fusebox, and it is in some ways, but is much more. Check your drain channels outside below the windscreen are not blocked with leaves.
You may have to take the plastics off under the steering wheel (the large parts that go from the door to the console / gear shift) to see the BSI on a LHD vehicle.
