Fog lights

Is it a big job to fit genuine fog lights to this bumper?  There is a place for them but it has to be cut out.  Has anyone here done this before and is it too expensive in your opinion?

the brackets sit inside the bumper, they foglight is sandwiched between the rear bracket and outer trim sort off.
