Could well be, but quite expensive for something you can get for £30-40.
I had a look at the seller's profile, but it's not clear where he is other than the Euorozone.

Sorry, just noticed that you're in Romania, it may be a bit cheaper to get something from the EU than it is for someone in the UK to get something from the EU since Brexit.
The vast majority of Diagbox / Lexia users will be using a Chinese clone, I've not heard of any issues with the hardware causing problems, but the software is industrial strength and is the same software that you get with real or cloned hardware.

I suspect the seller is a bit of an opportunist. He is also selling Diagbox software for 55 euros. Now, that is freely available in most versions on the net! I have several of them and if V9.86 is anything to go by, it has less functionality than the V7.** series!
I've successfully used my clone VCI on many Citroens now without issues. The only show stopper has been the SMEG+ radio system, where the software now needs to contact PSA servers and you can't do that without being a dealer. Everything else has been ok, but as I say, with reduced functionality as the version numbers increase.
As long as you look for a version which says "Full Chip and Version 3" you "should" be ok.

Obviously you need to have fitted the parts, such as mirrors and any ecus relating to new functions required first, before you try to activate them.
I've owned my chinese clone for about 6 years now and paid about £75 for it, I can't recommend which currently available one to buy beyond my earlier advice as to chips etc. Unfortunately, I don't think anybody can absolutely guarantee 100% which Diagbox version will work best with your car until you've connected it up. PSA are increasingly restricting what non-dealerships can do or activate. I don't know what their excuse is, but it seems to be more prevalent in my 2017 than my old 2012 model!
Many people recommend V7.62 as stable and reliable. I've used 7.62, 7.855 and also 9.68 and find that 9.68 looks good but seems to have slightly less functionality.
Diagbox is not a plug & play thing and requires a fair bit of learning (and guesswork!). It took me ages to gain any confidence with mine and I'd advise anyone to proceed with caution. The only other option you're left with is to find a friendly autoelectrician or specialist/dealer to do it for you for a fee.
Good judgement comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgement…

You may not need to worry too much about buying the correct version - the versions are really updates of the same program, and if you get a later one (higher number), it should be possible to roll it back to an earlier update once you've installed it. Search out earlier threads here for version or update numbers.

Here is my thread showing the years of vehicle for each version of DiagBox and what the changes are.
https://www.berlingoforum.com/thread-19848.html
Argos is spot on by the way, I've had my clone kit for years and its been superb, but hard to install initially. Once you get used to it, its good but after v7.62 the options get much less - you can not do so much customisation. I ended up rolling it back to that version after going up to 7.83.
One thing I noticed in my software, is under Customer Configuration Options is "Royal Mail Configuration"....not sure what it does, not tried that one yet!
Also remember the BSI fitted to all models available have 3 levels of "ability" or features, low / Medium / High and not all of them can do all of the functions you might want. Your could be any of these 3 versions and if it isn't the "high" one, then it will be missing something.
