I got a new k9 driver in white when i picked it up i think they thought you only cleaned sides front and back as roof was really dirty so when i got it home i washed it they did offer to do it at dealer but i couldn't wait. So i noticed an orange dot just like somebody had touched the paint with a pen tip i rubbed it no bump no chip in paint or lacquer and was still there so just left it. 6 month later it is now a little dot about 3mm but with a bump so off to Citroen all they want to do is pass the buck i have been to them 2x now and the latest is they want me to take it to there body shop 35 miles away 70 mile round trip at my expense and time. There are also a few more dots appearing over the van at random but only on the main chassis panels.
Does anybody have any warranty experience as i would say its defiantly from inside out rust i can see a big kick off looming with the dealer

Remember all Citroen dealerships are franchises. I.e. not owned by Citroen at all. Just entitled to use the name and sell the cars. Often actually seem to be a well known car business that sounds like "Snarfled Shark" up this way that own most Citroen branches.
You'd be better contacting Citroen Customer Care Team and get them on board. Either way it will have to go into a body shop. The dealership mechanics won't be painting it.

No I'm not saying that but Citroen manufactured it and the warranty is with the manufacturer not the reseller. If Citroen CCT approve a repair it would be done asap. The dealership is privately owned and they aren't the warranty holder so unless someone pays them, they won't do much. You want that someone to be Citroen.
Uploading pics is easy if you use the full editor as per the black "New Reply" button at the bottom right of the screen, not the quick reply box. when in that larger editor, click the button at the bottom left, to select a picture (click "choose file" then click "add attachment") and finally, post reply.

That's outrageous for a new van. I'd be furious too. I'd contact Citroen Customer Care Team and send them those pictures.

Systemic rust. They need to replace the whole car. There's no chance of this getting through body rust warranty period without repair costs far beyond the price of the car.
