Does anyone know of a place in the UK that makes these rear floor liners? I've looked all over and only found soft rubber ones.

Thanks.

They look really good. Guardliner is the trademark of a Polish company called Aristar. Why not email the contact address and ask if they have resellers in the UK.

Yeah they do aye. I would have thought something like that would be an oem part tbh.
I will get in touch with them and ask.

Like that idea, I got carpet tiles from Home Bargains for £20 for 20 and I glued them to the ply floor, as mine was ply lined by Citroen from new and the floor is thick ply but it's slidey, things moved around in the back. I still think the ply floor clatters on certain bumps, was thinking of putting B&Q or Homebase interlocking foam panels under it (the ones you get as playmats or for garage floors) then it would be quieter. It's not loud, I just hate rattles or clonks.

I had thought about carpet tiles, but as it's mainly for transporting mountain bikes, it will probably get up the eyes in crap quickly. And yes, i took all the ply out of mine as the rattling was really bad.
As the rubber mat has holes for the tie down hooks, i'm just gonna fix the ply down with the hooks. I will need some slightly longer bolts though to pass through the ply. I'll just put a bead of no nails, or silicone along the raised bits of the van floor to hopefully stop any rattling.

Small wooden wedges driven lightly but firmly into the cargo loops once the timber floor is on, would keep it there (mediaeval stylee) and can be knocked out if the floor needs to come out. Saves bolting?
If you use Soudal High Tack Fix-All adhesive and sealant, it will NEVER come loose or rattle. (it won't come back out without a huge fight either mind you) - it is the dogs bollox of grab adhesives / sealants. Used professionally to keep PVC window reveal liners & sill trim attached to a building...and it holds 320Kg with a 10x10cm square patch. You get 15 to 20 mins before it will not move again, so can be adjusted till then. Once it sets, its as tough as a Staedtler plastic eraser (the GOOD school rubbers).

Ahh cheers for the link for that adhesive, will definitely use that as i don't intend to move it any time soon, if ever. I will be using the cargo loops i think so that suggestion is out the window, cheers anyway
Do you know anywhere that has the specifics of the bolts used on the cargo loops?
