Passenger Seat - Retractable Position

In the k9 handbook it shows the front passenger seat folding flat forwards to give a long load area. Citroen call this the "Retractable Position" and as well as the Vehicle Handbook it's included in their video demonstrations for the vehicle "Modularity". For some reason the passenger seat in my k9 only tilts forward to about 45deg. and I can't get it any further, certainly nowhere near flat. Am I doing something wrong or is this another case of "your vehicle doesn't have that feature"? Model is Berlingo Feel M registered Oct 2018. Seat moves forward/backward by use of handle on front of seat between legs.

Did you remove the armrest?

No armrests to remove on my seats!

On the B9, that function is a separate lever from the tilt, it's bright yellow and visible when you open the passenger door and look down, near the floor. Pulling the yellow lever causes the seat to unlock and tilt forward but it also collapses under the dash into the footwell and has a steel back so it can take loads on top of it.

the fold flat seat is not fitted to all models, it is operated by pulling a blue tape near the seat headrest and folding the seat downwards, this type of seat also has a yellow lever under the seat which allows the seat to fold upwards flat against the bulkhead to give more load space.
Vehicle would also have a hatch in the bulkhead.
