My late 99' berlingo have had the same caps as it was sold with until recently (unfortunately one of the caps fell of when driving). The picture attached was taken in 2003 btw. Something like this looks simular (With the bonus of the Citroen badge too);

My early 2002 1.4 has the same caps - they don't fall off unless the wheel falls off though - the bolts trap them in place, which make them a pain in the neck to put back on when replacing the wheel.

These are the ones on my 2003 1.4i M59 - different design. We call them "wheel trims" here but to me they are hub caps.
One two fell off of my earlier Berlingo and I could not find OEM replacements anywhere at that time. Your best chance may be scrap dealers.
So you call that colour vomit green eh? See what I call it below!

Wrote several scrapyards, and two hasn’t got any :-(

I quite like that colour! When I bought my M59 I nearly bought a Desire 1.9 in that shade but really wanted a 2.0Hdi so had to opt for a Forte in Sable Bivouac (Metallic Baby Poo). 16 years on I still don't like the colour but it doesn't show the dirt I suppose.
Is there no colour code sticker in one of the door jambs?
I also prefer the original wheel trims, mine are in quite good condition as I took them off the car and ran without for about 10 years. Found them recently under a pile of timber, might spray them silver to freshen them up.

The 14" hubcaps with no Citroen logo in the centre are called Saint-Malo and are Citroen part number 9624891680. I think these are probably the right items for a 2001 1.4. There are a few for sale on Ebay at the moment.
