I would appreciate comments on this subject. I have small tyre inflator motor which runs from the cigarette lighter in the car. I have used this before without any problem but recently on two occasions weeks apart after using the inflator I have had problems starting my Berlingo and the wifes Corsa; both of these are not being used much because of Covid but I am surprised the tyre inflator had so much effect.

When I use my plug in tyre inflator on any of our vehicles I always have the engine running at the time. They do drag a fair bit of juice out of the battery.

Ditto. They are enough to drain the battery.

Thanks for the information. Fortunately after the first time I bought a lithium charger which when added started the cars okay.
