I see that next to the rear right speaker there is a mark where a 12v socket is located (maybe on some trims or by customer request). Is it simple to retrofit? What do I need to get?
I've marked the spot in the pic where it is a clear mark.

Probaly on the inside of the plastic panel there will be a mark for where the 12 v socket sits and possibly the wiring also.
You may just need a power socket .
Someone else may know better

You could damage the wiring when drilling the hole.
The sensible approach is to take the panel off, if you want the socket. What's the guarantee you can reach the plug through the hole....how long is your finger? :'D
You need the socket fairy to be kind enough to magic the plug so it's sitting exactly behind the bit you drill the hole in, after the cable elves have moved it out of the way first....
Seriously though you need a hole saw the size of the socket body diameter or slightly bigger but not as big as the top lip....they only come in fixed sizes though. Maybe a cone cutter or step drill. First thing would be to buy a used or new factory socket....so that any plug found, will actually just fit. Then measure the diameter of the body so you know the size of hole to drill. Next drill the hole and pray you can reach said plug (and it's not taped to the harness.....out of reach...)

Dremel...ouch....lol
You can get a 30mm step drill from b&q for under a tenner mate, honestly it will make a much neater job. Perfect in fact. The steps go up in 1 or 2mm increments and you stop when you reach the right size. I build and alter control panels quite often in my job and these are the dogs bollox.
If I used a Dremel to fit a panel lamp or PLC input button to a machine I'd get fired.....

I was thinking that the Dremel makes little mess, because I have some small cutter drill (like dentist ones) so the cut is very fine and the mess is minimum
